Team highlights

• Hosted the 2023 U SPORTS Championship, where the women’s team won silver. Erika Jordan won an individual bronze and was named a First Team Academic All-Canadian. 
• The women’s team won gold at the 2023 OUA Cross Country Championship. This was the team's first championship win since 1998. 
• Six athletes were named OUA First Team All-Stars and two were Second Team All-Stars (both men and women). 
• Head Coach Guy Schultz was named the OUA Coach of the Year.
