Making a pledge allows you to give to Western over a specified period of time.
If you would like to make a payment on an existing pledge using a credit card, please use our online form.

Current Western faculty and staff may give through monthly payroll deduction. To begin, please complete the Payroll Deduction form.
Making a bequest in your Will allows you to direct a gift to Western after your death. You can designate your contribution to a particular fund, faculty or initiative of the University. Through a bequest, your estate will receive a valuable tax credit for your final tax return. The credit can be applied to up to 100% of your net income in the year of death and the preceding year. By donating publicly traded stocks and securities, you not only support Western, but you receive a tax receipt for the appreciated value of the donation – and you are free from any capital gains tax. Gifts of securities can be made now or through your Will. [learn more]
