Celebrity trainer and nutritionist Harley Pasternak holds a a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University and a master of science degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto. He is also certified by The American College of Sports Medicine and The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, and served as an exercise and nutrition scientist for Canada’s Department of National Defense.
Pasternak is a New York Times Bestselling Author whose books include 5-Factor Fitness, 5-Factor Diet, The 5-Factor World Diet, and The Body Reset Diet. Harley’s titles have attained global best-seller status, which has led to translation in 14 languages in over 25 countries around the globe.
